Refund requests submitted before the commencement of the course may be considered subject to management approval.
Once a course has commenced or learning materials have been provided, refunds may not be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Refund requests arising due to exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of the academy.
